I attest that I am 18 years of age or older and am the owner of the dog(s) indicated. I understand that my tale or photo might not be used; that it might need to be edited slightly for length or other reasons; and that I will not be compensated if either item is published digitally or in print. I stipulate that any person who can be identified in a photograph has agreed for her or his image to be used without compensation.
